Manager was an absolute disaster ruined my order and then did not have the courage to come out and apologize. The manager needs to be replaced she does not set the example for her employees. Customer Service goes a long way without it you lose customers......

We ordered our pizza online tonight to this location on JBLM. An extra large 1 topping Brooklyn. Half extra cheese, half pepperoni. Doesn't sound too complicated, right? Well, imagine our surprise when we arrive to pick it up and we are given our pizza: Half has extra cheese and the other half has JUST pepperoni. Um, what?? We definitely did NOT order the pepperoni half with NO cheese. Our ONE topping was simply split between pepperoni and extra cheese. OK, people make mistakes. No big deal. So, we explain that the order is wrong and ask them to remake it. They say no and that it's our fault because we "must have ordered it wrong online". They can give us a credit for next time but if we want to use the credit now, we have to wait up to 30 minutes until they make all the orders in front of us. Wow. I guess they don't need our business. Don't go here.

I like my dominoes location! Close by and good. We have ordered from here 3 times 2 delivery and 1 carry out. Never had any issues. Friendly employees and not rude at all. Pizza was warm with delivery and carry out. It taste great, got out orders always 100%. And we have specific sauce and toppings at times. Place is clean. On time. And awesome service. All around good pizza and service.

Ordered from here many times as they are right around the corner from home. Had a few errors once or twice but lived here for almost 3 years and they are almost always on point. Fast, friendly, and inexpensive. Other nearby establishments are neither fast, nor accurate so this Domino's rocks the competition!!!
